James is a native of Santa Fe, NM and is in charge of Talent Management/HR for RiskSense, Inc. He heads the employment marketing initiatives, branding campaigns, internal referral programs, employee engagement metrics, retention programs, job posting optimization, talent planning, management of the recruitment life-cycle process, foster communication about performance methodologies to develop talent pools and provide counsel/guidance to hiring managers. James represents the lead conduit of talent into an organization. He also has the responsibility to ensure the ongoing and future organizational talent demands are met, exceeded, and measured. James has been fortunate to work for some of the world’s most prestigious companies that include the NFL, Livenation, Robert Half Technology and now RiskSense, Inc.
